Welcome to Old Folks Home. This is who we are, how we operate, and what you can expect from us.
WHO WE ARE
We are an Alliance PvE guild for WoW: Forever, founded by players with experience ranging from top-end raiding and speed running to guild leadership, community building, and casual play.
We have members across multiple regions, so the plan is to support NA and OCE-friendly raid groups rather than force everyone into one schedule.
OUR ENVIRONMENT
We are casual in culture, but we still want to clear content. The goal is a relaxed, adult, low-drama guild that can push into semi-hardcore progression without turning WoW into a second job.
We are not chasing mandatory meta comps, obsessive min/maxing, or perfection. We do expect people to contribute, improve, and respect the group's time.
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Carry your own weight in group content.
• Come prepared when you commit to a raid or event.
• Be willing to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Ask for help when needed — coaching is encouraged.
• Treat people with respect and keep drama out of the guild.
• Real life comes first; communicate when plans change.

RAIDING
Raid days/times will be set once the player base settles. We intend to run multiple groups for different regions and schedules.
Organized raids will use Loot Council. Exact criteria will be posted before progression begins.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership exists to organize, communicate, resolve problems, and help the guild succeed.
THE BOTTOM LINE
Have fun. Help each other. Improve when you can. Show up when you commit. Kill bosses without making everyone miserable.
