What the site is
A free, volunteer-run tool for members of the Forever WoW Discord to find guilds, find players and organise as a community. It exists for as long as volunteers keep it running. Nothing here is a product, nothing is sold and nobody is paid.
Your account
You log in with Discord. We never see your Discord password. Your access level comes from your membership and roles on the Forever WoW Discord server; if you leave the server or lose a role, your access here changes to match at your next login.
You are responsible for what is done with your account while you are logged in. Log out on shared devices. If you think someone else has used your account, tell a Recruitment Manager on Discord.
Your content
Everything you write here, from a guild page to an Inn comment, stays yours. By posting it you let us display it on this site and in the community Discord channels the site posts to, for as long as it is published.
You can edit or delete most of what you post yourself. Where a delete button does not exist, ask a moderator and the content will be removed or hidden.
Acceptable use
Follow the community guidelines. Do not try to break the site, scrape it at volume, bypass rate limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours. Automated, read-only access is available through the API with an issued key; ask on Discord if you have a use for one.
Guild pages, profiles and applications
A guild page is controlled by its Guild Master and officers. A profile is controlled by its owner. An application is visible to the applicant and to the guild’s recruiting team, and the team may keep private notes about it that the applicant does not see.
Sharing your Discord handle with a guild is your choice on every application. A guild’s Discord invite is shown to you only once the guild has accepted you.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, accurate or free of bugs. Guilds and players describe themselves; we do not verify their claims. Decide who to play with the way you would anywhere else: talk to them first.
Suspension and removal
Moderators may hide content and suspend or ban accounts under the community guidelines. A banned account can no longer log in. Content from a suspended account is hidden until the suspension is lifted. Guild pages can be suspended separately from the accounts that run them.
Changes
These terms may change as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, stop using the site and ask us to delete your data.
