We are looking for people with previous guild leadership experience or interested in raid leading. We will provide any players / sheets / answer any questions you might have, you can begin from a position of helping and be taught anything you need to know. Each of our rosters will need a set of managing players who will be responsible of keeping the quality of raid up to par. You will not be micro-managed, freedom will be given in making decisions as long as they are in line with guild goals and expectations. There is an explicit need for integration of guild culture to ensure that rosters are satisfied and included in community.
