<GUILDAR>

At our core, we believe a great guild is built on clarity, respect, and a shared drive to improve. We keep things fully transparent with clear expectations, documented decisions, and open loot accounting so everyone is always on the same page. We respect each other's time by coming to raids completely prepared—on time, enchanted, with consumables stocked and mechanics down.

Drama, toxic elitism, and passive-aggressiveness have no place here and are dealt with directly and objectively, because maintaining a healthy team culture always comes before ego.

Above all, we’re focused on continuous improvement—analyzing logs, sharing constructive feedback, and helping each other push class optimization to build a high-performing, enjoyable raiding environment.
