21 bear druid & 21 mage looking for guild where one can raid and one can be casual

Hi everyone, thanks a lot for reading. I'm a 22 year experienced wow player, and I'm doing tank druid on forever. My good friend is a new player and they're a 21 mage. They want to join a guild on a casual basis, but I want scheduled raids where everyone tries their actual best to win (consumes, practice, advance strategy and everything). So we're looking for a guild that takes raiding somewhat (only somewhat) seriously but allows casual members.
